SRWB STRATEGIC PLAN AND CUSTOMER SERVICES CHARTER

On Tuesday, 26th February, 2019 , SRWB officially launched the 2018- 2022 Strategic Plan which has defined the roadmap for the next 5 Years.

The four thematic areas that SRWB will focus on in the next five years are; Business Growth, Operational Excellence & Innovation.

The Customer Service Charter has outlined the standards of service delivery which SRWB commits to provide to its customers in order to provide excellent service and continue growing the SRWB Brand.

Dr Y Ntupanyama , the Chief Director in the Ministry of Agriculture ,Irrigation and Water Development who was the Guest of Honor during the launch reiterated the importance of having strategic plans that drive the accomplishment of objectives of every institution including SRWB.She also emphasised the need of working closely with stakeholders in the implementation of the Strategic Plan.
