Duncan Chambamba is a people management expert with over 30 years of diverse private and public sector human resource knowledge. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management and a Master’s in Business Administration.

A veteran in his field; he is also one of the longest staying members at Southern Region Water Board and thus has practical working knowledge of the water sector and water utility management. Joining Southern Region Water Board in 1998 Mr. Chambamba has served as the company’s Administrative Officer, Personnel Officer, HR and Administration Officer, Director of Human Resource and Administration and Acting Chief Executive Officer.

Duncan also augmented his HRM experience by serving as a panelist at the Industrial Court, an Executive at Institute for People’s Management and a Chairman of Training Committee for the all Water Boards in the Country.
